Within the last twenty plus years of my career, I have achieved Senior Management appointments with major services and blue chip property companies and in turn has meant I have gathered a wealth of experience in the key skills that I can now offer my Clients as an extra resource.
I believe that leadership is attributed to influence with respect being earned from others and not just by appointed authority, I put into my ethics this statement and practice a firm but fair approach with all those I do business with.
Building relationships with the right people for the right role and contracting with accepted companies and individuals at the right price with the ability to perform and deliver the end product, with the quality and correctness needed, is I believe one of my best attributes.
I have a strong determination to succeed whether it be at work or in sport but gain no satisfaction if it is done unfairly.
My personal desire is to impart my knowledge and experience gained from the many years spent practising my skills. My wish is to help others improve their quality of life and help remove problems and issues that arise in everyday activities. Whether this be by facilitating mediation or dispute resolution, assisting with levelling the ‘peaks and troughs’ of small and medium enterprises where in depth issues and tasks exist yet time is not available to deliver the result. My range of knowledge allows me to facilitate most tasks that occur in everyday life and my ability to apply lateral thinking can usually deliver a solution from another angle.
I can work remotely or blend into an office environment depending on the task in hand. I welcome face to face contact either by meeting personally depending on geographical locations or by Teams and Zoom video call meetings.
In my spare time I enjoy a round of golf or being creative making an array of items in my workshop.
