The initial enquiry to determine the type of case identified, the suitability of the case in question, and the possible solution and necessary attendance will be free of charge.
A quotation will be prepared with the offer explained, a projected timeline to completion, what evidence files will be required, or if formal interviews are needed, and the cost to complete.
Wherever possible, Zoom or Teams calls will be made with cameras switched on to give mutual confidence to both parties.
As each issue will be unique to each case, various types of correspondence will be required, it maybe necessary to collect/send this in person or electronically.
All information and correspondence will be treated as confidential, stored securely and then disposed of at a suitable period, or returned to the Client after completion of the case.
Applications for payment and necessary invoices will be presented as detailed within the quotation. Payment will be required as soon as practically possible from receipt of invoices as this will allow works to progress and documentation issued.
Periodic payments will be required if the case is long and drawn out. Final completed works will not be issued until final payment is received. BACS or bank transfer is the preferred method of payment.
